At S.T. Dupont, we strive for excellence in every creation; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Place the item in its original S.T. Dupont presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping carton along with all authenticity cards and manuals.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our artisans inspect the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
